Job Role:

BUSINESS OPERATIONS:

1. Devising & Implementing -Systems, Processes, and Strategies for Business Operations & Business Development, territory wise, channel wise at Organization level.

2. Implementation & Development of Sales Automation systems & Process

3. Ensuring all in the Organization follows these processes, to keep the work transparent and systems to flow smooth.

4. Forecast sales targets for the team and ensure they are met.

5. Track and record activity on accounts identifying issues, and concerns and create plans and strategies to meet related targets

6. Create key work progress and performance measures at all levels, and analyses on monthly basis.

7. Follow and enforce all Company's policies, procedures and processes.

8. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

9. Build robust system of secondary and primary across all stockiest.

LEADERSHIP:

1. Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.

2. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.

3. Present business development training, leadership training, process and operations training, grooming, and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

4. Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities

5. Audit of entire sales team's preference, conduct and knowledge of system of policies of Organization

6. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system by entire downline team.

7. Submit own weekly work progress reports and ensure data is accurate

8. Leads by example with honesty, compliance, and transparency. - Is honest, fair, candid and forthright, and treats everyone in the same way that you yourself would want to be treated.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:

1. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.

2. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.

3. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

4. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

5. Managing Receivables, and ensuring no bad debts, and timely collection of payments from all channel partners with help of team and placing processes in Order.

BUDGETING AND FORECASTING:

1. Develop and Oversee Operating Budget

2. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.

3. Forecasting SKU wise, Channel wise, Territory wise Volumes for each quarter.

4. Forecasting Expense Budget to achieve Sales Targets.

5. Keeping a check on the sales to expense ratio and managing revenue targets of the organization.

6. Identify leakages, and strategies to control the same, which includes cutting down on high expense, nonperformance measures.

Business Development:

1. Identify opportunities for new territories, & markets and develop and expand to new distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales and achieve assigned Sales Targets by the Board.

2. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation, to help improve sales and performance.

3. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

4. Present suggestions /plans of new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

5. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

6. Prospect for potential new clients and channel partners and turn this into increased business.

7. Plan approaches and pitches. - Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

8. Participate in pricing the solution/service

9. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. - Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

10. Work aggressively to achieve Company's objectives, and Sales & Revenue targets, and market expansion plans.

11. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

12. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities

13. Improve category performance and increase market shares & distribution.
