Job Description - Marketing Head

Reporting : MD

Base Location;Gurgaon

Position mandate: FMCG, FMCD, Luxury Retail, Beauty (Professional & Retail)

Job Brief

We are looking for a competent Marketing Head to be in charge of the organization's marketing ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and help it find a - voice- that will make a difference.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities and brands.

- Planning/ Organising / Implementing overall 360- degree communication strategy for the Brand. Coordinate with agencies to develop and execute the product campaign.

- Research Product offering and competition by analyzing the Market research data ( The Current and past Industry trends consumer behavior, requirements, Market competitiveness of products etc )

- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.

- Brand Strategy / Planning for the entire range of Company products. To develop and build the overall positioning strategies and to sustain the same various marketing tools.
