We are looking for a General Manager Sales-Retail for our upcoming brand.

Brand Information:

- Upcoming Premium Hair tools brand with a promise to change the Tools Industry in the country and globally. New launch by October 2018.

Job Role: GM Sales- Retail

Base Location- Gurgaon

Reporting- RM

Preferred :FMCG, FMCD, Luxury Retail, Colour Cosmetic, Beauty (Professional & Retail)

Job Role:


LEADERSHIP:


- Build a new team ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.


- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.


- Present business development training, leadership training, process and operations training, grooming, and mentoring to business developers and Team members .


- Audit of entire sales team's preference, conduct and knowledge of system of policies of Organization


BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:


- Builds company's retail division image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.


- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.


BUDGETING AND FORECASTING:


- Forecasting SKU wise, Channel wise, Territory wise Volumes for each quarter.


- Forecasting Expense Budget to achieve Sales Targets.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:


- Identify opportunities for new territories, & markets and develop and expand to new distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales and achieve assigned Sales Targets by the Board.


- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation, to help improve sales and performance. Work aggressively to achieve Company's objectives, and Sales & Revenue targets, and market expansion plans.
