About us :

Auquan is bridging the gap between data science and finance by translating analytical skills of talented people into trading profits. We work at the intersection of data science and finance; harnessing expertise of data scientists to develop superior trading strategies. As such, we are creating awareness about trading industry and trading skills in India, and helping budding traders realize their potential. We ultimately want to democratize trading by making algorithmic trading skills and strategies accessible to everyone.

We are looking for :

We are looking for a growth hacker with proven credentials of community building. The person must be entrepreneurial, go-getter and should have the passion and capability to drive growth using innovative strategies.

Key responsibilities:

- Identifying and implementing strategies for user acquisition and growing community

- Make data driven decisions on where we should focus our efforts to attract new users and increase retention

- Plan our expansion to global users

- Ideating and experimenting growth hacks

- Creating and implementing our marketing and social media strategy

- Build the marketing/growth team

Desired Profile:

- Tier 1 Engineering/MBA college (IIT/BITS/IIM/ISB) and 2+ years of work experience

- Ability to produce results with frugal budget

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with business strategy/marketing/growth

- Proactive, Collaborative, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical, and Thrives Under Pressure
