AugRay - Project Manager - Augmented Reality

Here we are! Augray, is looking for a detail-oriented, and highly organized person to join the team as a Project Manager; to be part of our fast-paced, collaborative and creative department. You would love to work with a team, and have a general understanding of all types of design needs including digital, animation and video.

Responsibilities

- Independently handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Work closely with both Sales and Technical teams on an ongoing basis, to ensure project requirement are clearly defined, met and understood.

- Providing team with all information pertaining to objectives, strategies, and other project-related issues in order to give visibility to progress and development of the game

- Work effectively and efficiently with clients and colleagues/departments to complete projects within timeframe and budget.

- Review the files and drive for client approval process.

- Communicate directly with clients on timelines, process & deliverables.

- Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, briefing meetings, project status and deliverable reviews.

Report to the CEO.

Required Skills

- Prior experience at Gaming/Marketing and advertising agency/Production Company.

- 5-7 years of experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties.

- A strong understanding of product company processes

- Additionally proficient in several of the design programs - Adobe suite of creativity software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Must be adept at problem solving and thinking quick on his/her feet

- Natural leadership ability and skills

- Strong sense of urgency with sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines

- Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
