We are looking for a Sales Enablement leader (Manager/ Director) who is passionate in transforming into a dynamic leader with a challenging and satisfying work environment who has the capacity and ability to be an all-rounder for digital marketing using various technology who would take part in the new revolution or technology. The Sales Enablement leader will work on a next-generation XR platform of products to reach millions across the globe providing the XR (AR/MR/VR) experience. We- re a team of over 75 ambitious, curious people building something that would change the way we communicate and experience digitally. What You- ll Do - Support the Sales team with the creation of sales collateral for brand clients. Ideate client packages and craft go-to-market language for Client Partnership team. Sales materials will include keynote and powerpoint presentations, one-sheets, case studies, web-based portfolios, and written proposals. - Collaborate with a graphic designer to create visuals for sales collateral. - Support Sales and Marketing team with the development of assets for sales conferences, client meetings, expo and at partner-hosted events. - Lead premiums (swag) strategy to plan, manufacture, and distribute items. - Facilitate and manage sales automation tools. Assist sales (In/ Out) & Marketing with appropriate data with sales stages. - Support Sales team with the research of industry verticals and brand clients in advance of meetings. - Assist and manage the development of sales presentations and proposals - Contribute for business transformation and sales strategy - Proposal management - Develop and manage the advertising campaign(s) - Attend networking and industry events regularly - Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly - Management of website, social media platforms, and PR - Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives - Plan and direct sales team training - Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity - Investigate lost sales and customer accounts - Track, collate and interpret sales figures - Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue - Generate timely sales reports - Develop pricing schedules and rates - Formulate sales policies and procedures with sales leaders - Help prepare budgets - Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis - Analyze data to identify sales opportunities - Develop promotional ideas and material - Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts - Sales funnel conversion strategies - Develop a marketing plan centered around lead and revenue generation, new market penetration, oversee the execution of the marketing plan and evaluate the results across all channels and departments - Create, deliver, and manage marketing programs that support company sales goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of unique, multi-platform messages to support the growth of the business - Identify gaps in current marketing capabilities and develop solutions to address them - Ensure all marketing programs are executed within timelines, company policies and budget - Develop a PR strategy and execute an ongoing corporate communications program - Plan and deliver special events and marketing efforts - Expand current marketing channels through ongoing optimization - Oversee the entire marketing department including the creative team - Analyze local marketing needs and remain up to date on industry trends and influencers - Develop market-leading ideas and proposals for proactive thought starters, RFI- s, and RFPs - Manage cross-functional collaboration between the Editorial, Sales, Events and Art teams to align on key marketing initiatives and annual calendar - Aid in the creation of high-level Fatherly brand collateral and media kits - Liaison between inside sales, sales, Marketing teams, project and product teams - Manage the Marketing department - Create efforts and train teams to improve sales funnel conversion - This is a 50% Marketing and 50% Pre-Sales role - Create Buyer Journey Maps - Create Customer Experience / Journey Mapping - Create Segment / Audience Marketing Plans - Digital Engagement Program Designs - Content Strategies and Plans - Marketing Technology Roadmaps - Digital Dashboards and Analytics - Take part and Create Go to Market Strategies - Sales Enablement and Operation strategies - Customer Insights and Marketing Analytics - Advanced Analytics / Data Science Deliverables - Serve on operational excellence committee with Executive levels - Report directly to CEO What We- re Looking For - 3+ years of professional, full-time experience at a brand, B2B company, or agency. - Knowledge of digital marketing and sales. - Sales experience is a plus. - Significant fun and exciting out of the box visual thinking ideas for marketing - Mobile gaming - Animation and digital Art background a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated success as a collaborator. - BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred. - A self-starter attitude. - Resourcefulness coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit - Expertise in campaign performance evaluation, including multi-channel attribution modeling, and comfort across appropriate analytical packages and tools - Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales and marketing strategy - Strong written, verbal, oral and financial analysis skills - Demonstrating value prop - sales skills - Proven experience in customer relationship management - Experience in marketing strategy and marketing plan development & execution - Experience in writing articles and external communications management - Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills We- ll give you: - Work on new and cutting edge technology - Contributing to the AugRay platform (Products) success - International and career growth opportunities - Work with an team of top engineers, marketing and Art team learning from one another - Competitive salary and great benefits (Insurance, PTO, allowances, Health club)
