It is a next generation media of engagement and the platform is used by consumers and business. Augray is Headquarters in the United States and have development and sales offices in the 4 metro cities in India.

We are looking for a Sales (many levels) who is passionate and ability to transform into a dynamic leader with a challenging and satisfying work environment who has the capacity and ability to be an all-rounder for digital marketing using various technology who would take part in the new revolution or technology.

Role Overview :

An incredible opportunity to join our India office and to help expand our client portfolio across the designated regions.

As part of Sales team, you will be charged with delivering our groundbreaking Augmented/ Mixed and Virtual reality platform solutions to the world's biggest brands and agencies. You will drive our sales strategy by identifying and approaching target businesses in designated region and beyond demonstrating the unique value proposition Augray can deliver.

We are looking for a dynamic person with the experience of positioning bespoke creative and technical solutions to global brands. A track record of delivering complex digital solutions via senior stake-holders is essential as is intimate knowledge of the advertising and media space.

Key Personal Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Work with and develop prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business

- Mentor and expand Sales team in all metro cities in India

- Develop a sales execution plan to include cold-calling, direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects

- Respond to incoming Requests for Information(RFIs), Requests for Proposals(RFPs) in a professional and creative manner

- Understand a prospect's business needs and develop a tailored digital marketing proposal using Augray solutions, drawing on expert internal resource as required

- Represent Augray at industry events, including round tables, digital forums and new business events

- Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sectors

- Take part in public speaking, presentations- in the Expo's for digital marketing solutions

High standards of client servicing :

- Creative thinking in developing unique solutions

- Ability to articulate solutions to C level

- Understand mechanics and intricacies of advertising ecosystem

- Manage stakeholders across advertisers and their agency roster

- Consultative approach to business development

- Insight-led solutions which solve specific marketing challenges

- Collaborate with design, tech, data, media to deliver complex/bespoke campaigns

- Knowledge and/or passion for FMCG, Automotive, Cards, Retail, Education, Entertainment sectors

Professional REQUIREMENTS :

Successful candidates will have :

- 2+ years of advertising and marketing background

- Proven track record hitting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent client-handling skills

- Strategic mind-set focused around a value-add sales approach

- Agile and creative approach to business development

- Good education and - B- school background

- Proven track record in consultative selling

- Excellent Digital marketing knowledge

- Broad and thorough knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce and m-commerce

- Good understanding of tracking and ad-serving technology used in affiliate marketing

- Experience developing effective tactical marketing strategies to support sales acquisition

- Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline through CRM system

- B2B sales experience (Ideally in advertising, digital or marketing)
