Audit/Risk/Underwriting Role - Reinsurance - CA

CA first attempt with Reinsurance Experience for Fortune 200 Company.

We are looking for someone to be part of FP&A and will cover all operational and Audit aspects of the role

Job profile includes:

- Handling internal audit queries for the reinsurance and coinsurance claims.

- Suggesting process improvements and identifying loss minimization opportunities.

- Ensuring international claims settlement as per the policy norms, reinsurance, and treaty arrangements.

- Liaised with the underwriting and risk team to understand the causes of loss due to various process failures.

- Preparing Business impact analysis report of claims.

- Presenting monthly claim disposal ratios and performance to the managing director.

- IRDAI reporting for catastrophic losses

- Risk Assessment & Internal control testing

- Document the work performed in work papers in a timely manner to provide sufficient evidence of work completed

- Reporting of observations in the Well drafted Audit report to Management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior Underwriting Service in Reinsurance/Insurance company experience preferred

- Good knowledge of using Excel

- Proficient in the English language- both written and oral

- Experience in Insurance client will be an added advantage

- Good Analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Person Should have conducted IRDA Audits
