Audit Manager - UK Market

PROFILE SUMMARY

We are hiring for an Auditing or assurance professional with 2-5 years of experience for our UK Based clients. The candidate will be based in India and will be required to provide offshore assistance to our UK Audit team. An Ideal candidate must have experience in audit processes and documentation. The candidate must be familiar with norms of UK GAAP and/or IFRS. The candidate will be required to provide end-to-end support with working papers, testing, and compliance documentation. The candidate must have proficient knowledge of different auditing software such as CaseWare, CCH & Digital

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Responsible for preparing audit deliverables like Trial balance tie-ins of financial statements and audit files.

- Responsible for performing Analytical review procedures (ARPs) on Fixed asset, revenue.

- Conduct expense testing and reconciliations for Banks, debtors, and creditors.

- Prepare walkthrough documentation and identify control testing.

- Prepare audit working papers using diverse auditing software.

- Document audit findings, schedules, and lead sheets as per UK audit standards.

- Liaise with UK team for audit planning, fieldwork, and completion stages.

- Maintain audit files, checklists, and trackers.

- Follow audit programmes and instructions as provided by the UK team.

- Assist in compliance with FRS 102 / IFRS and ISAs (UK).

- Perform quality checks and ensure timely delivery of audit documentation.

- Support multiple client audits across industries.

SKILLS

- Prior experience in auditing software like CaseWare, CCH, or Digita equivalent tools.

- Knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and ISAs (UK).

- Strong experience in MS Excel and documentation.

- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients in a remote/offshore setup.

ELIGIBILITY

- 2-5 years of experience in audit or assurance.

- Semi-qualified CA, ACCA, CPA, or commerce post graduate with audit background.

WORKING DAYS & TIME

Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM 8:00 PM). Alternate Saturdays are off.
