Audit Manager - BFSI (5-10 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY
Ensure completion of assigned audits of central functions/audit entities and documentation of work papers on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To prepare audit reports after discussion with the supervisor
- Assist the audit team leader in devising audit checklists based on various regulatory and internal policies and processes.
- Ensure appropriate review of audit issues
- Ensure follow-up of open audit issues
- Ensure sufficient coverage of audit as required by the policy
- Independently conduct audits of various offices/functions.
- Participate as advised by the audit team leader, in audits of various Businesses with particular emphasis on Product /Operations audits.
- Assist in keeping relevant processes benchmarked to Best Practices and peer banks.
- Assist in keeping Audit Manual and checklists current and updated.
- Provide improvement/ suggestions to existing process/systems to management
- To conduct all other assignments as delegated from time to time
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
- B.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA degree is desirable
- Recognized certifications of CISA/ DISA preferred
RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE
- 5-12 years of relevant experience in Audit.
- Prior experience in Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting.
