We are looking for candidates (Assistant Managers/ Deputy Managers/Managers/ Senior Managers) specializing in Banking, Insurance and Investment management to join our Risk Advisory practice. The candidates are expected to play an important role in advising our financial services clients on - Conducting reviews on IT General Controls, IT Application (Automated) Controls, and Technology Risk Management for Banks, NBFCs, Insurers and Asset Managers. - Perform assessments/audits as a part of projects around financial audits, IFC, SOX 404, SSAE 18/ISAE3402, regulatory requirements or agreed-upon procedures in accordance with firm &amp; regulator methodologies across IT platforms including applications, operating systems, databases, and network. - Providing project management advise and/or assistance to Banks and/or Insurers for system implementation and/or IT process change initiatives - Assist clients in identifying opportunities to improve technology controls frameworks and streamline the overall technology compliance function - Be a trusted advisor to the client and provide high quality client service, working directly with our clients to understand management expectations, and evaluate the current risk management environment, etc. The candidates are also expected to play an important role in building the practice - Business Development (Deputy Manager and above): Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and lead the proposal development process. Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services. - Engagement Management: Manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, execute engagement, review documents and reports, ensure satisfactory delivery to Client. - Practice Development: Development and deployment of Deloitte methodologies (related to risk assessment and prioritization, risk responses, and risk management capability assessments), and supporting tools. - People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach, and provide input and guidance to staff development initiatives. Skillset Requirement: - Prior professional services (Big 4/CA Firms) or other consulting / industry experience with demonstrated experience serving financial services clients i.e. Banks/NBFCs/Insurers/Asset Managers. Should have a strong working knowledge and understanding of compliance and internal controls at Banks/NBFCs/Insurers/ Asset Managers - Strong experience in conducting reviews on IT General Controls and IT Application (Automated) Controls, SOX assessments, IT Internal Audit, Service Organization Controls reporting and/or IT control assessments including Cloud assessments, SDLC reviews and technology risk management/consulting for Banks, NBFCs, Insurers and Asset Managers - Good knowledge of major banking and/or insurance processes, IT controls and cyber security related regulatory requirements. - Good working knowledge of IT Security frameworks i.e. CobiT, ISO 27001, ITIL - Strong technical knowledge of banking and insurance application solutions such as Finacle, Finnone, TCS BaNCS, Flexcube, LifeAsia, Capsil, Integral Life, Mfund among others. - Knowledge of other systems including SAP, Oracle Apps, JD Edwards and other ERP systems is preferred. - Familiar with Mainframes (z/OS, RACF, TSS, ACF2), Unix/Linux, Windows, cloud architecture, network and cyber security. - Experience in conducting system audits and other compliance assessments per requirements from regulators (RBI,SEBI, IRDA, NBFC norms) - Experience working with and delivering results to Senior Management and Boards of Directors Experience requirement - 3 to 10 years - Strong project management skills to manage to results. - Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with and manage key stakeholder relationships - Advanced verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. - Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment - Experience managing professional service engagement teams Educational Qualification: - Degree in business accounting, computer science, information systems or related discipline. - Chartered Accountant and/or MBA with Finance/IT preferred. - Certifications of CISA, CISSP, CISM preferred - Primary Location: Mumbai / Pune
