Audit and Governance FCU - Audit and Governance role, primarily focuses on the following functions: 1. Managing ongoing internal audits and assessments for the vertical and creating and maintaining the relevant inventories 2. Liaising with the relevant teams and internal stakeholders 3. Assessment, cascading and completion of ad hoc requirements. 2. Managing External Audit requirements: a. Planning and coordinating the audit for the vertical b. Liaising with the relevant teams and internal stakeholders c. Assessment cascading and completion of DRTs and other activities - Creation and management of the multiple inventories we need to ensure a firm hold of the status of each ongoing and adhoc assessment. - Working closely with other teams and senior stakeholders (Audit/ISG/Compliance/Business etc.) as most deliverables ask for cohesive effort. - Liaison with the other teams on behalf of internal stakeholders - Understanding and following the guidelines and requirements from a Compliance and regulatory perspective (why what is needed). - Providing inputs for process improvement and automation Key Skills: Must Have: a. Prior experience in Operations / Audit (Auditee /Auditor) / Project Management b. Prior experience in managing senior stakeholders (Function / Vertical heads) c. Excellent data interpretation skills d. Excellent communication skills - written and spoken. e. Ability to organize and delegate effectively to meet challenging timelines. f. Ability to work independently and guide a team through complex and critical deliverables. Good To have: g. Prior hands-on exposure to regulatory requirements and deliverables (any region) h. Excellent MS Office suite skills i. Prior experience in data channel streamlining. j. Prior experience in banking or financial sector
