Job Title: Chartered Accountant - Global Audit and Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive audit services for global clients, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.

- Manage and execute end-to-end global accounting processes, including financial reporting, consolidation, and reconciliation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored financial solutions and address client-specific needs.

- Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.

- Stay updated with international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

- Assist in designing and implementing internal controls and process improvements for clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, understanding their requirements and providing exceptional service.

- Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations, communicating findings and recommendations effectively.

- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for client engagements.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership from ICAI.

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in audit services and global accounting.

- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with multinational clients or exposure to global audit assignments.

- Familiarity with cross-border taxation and compliance.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
