Audify - Head - Analytics (5-20 yrs)
MUST-HAVE : 5+ years of hands-on experience in data and analytics-driven Growth, Retention, Monetisation in a consumer product, 5+ years of hands-on experience in a B2C product working with user funnels, drop-offs, event, etc.
Responsibilities :
1. Build Processes & frameworks for metrics, analytics, experimentation & user insights
2. Streamline experimentation & reporting across product lines
3. Learn, train & build scalable systems for future tech pieces on data
4. Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
5. Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms
6. Collaborate with the engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
7. Generate actionable insights for business improvements
Qualifications :
1. Degree or equivalent experience in the quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
2. At least 4 - 5 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
3. Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
4. Fluency in a programming language
5. Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools
