Audify - Data Scientist - IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an amazing Data Scientist -I at Audify. You'll be responsible for running ad-hoc analysis, visualizing data, building machine learning models, and analyzing our day-to-day operations. Successful candidates for this role have strong SQL and statistics skills, are passionate about creating value and are clear communicators.
Responsibilities
1. Engage with product leads, designers, and development team to understand business problems and identify analysis requirements and appropriate analytical solutions
2. Develop a deep understanding of available data to drive ad-hoc analysis and answer questions
3. Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing on experimental data to validate and quantify trends or patterns identified by business
4. Evaluate the performance of new features and content Build machine learning models and work with engineering teams to productionalize model outputs.
5. Effectively write, present and communicate research results with recommendations
Qualifications
1. Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or related discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, etc.
2. Experience with SQL, R, Python
3. Experience with manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources including collecting, assembling data, cleansing, formatting, and validation of results
4. Experience with data mining, machine learning, statistical modeling tools and underlying algorithms
5. 2-5 years in the analytics or data science function
6. Data visualization and dash-boarding building experience with google datastudio, Tableau, Looker, or similar tool
Bonus Points :
1. Experience in product/gaming company
2. Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.
3. Familiarity with GCP, bigquery, google datsatudio
