Aubrey Consultants - Audit Manager - Microfinance/NBC/MFI

Hiring for the Position of Audit Manager:

We are seeking candidate with high degree of integrity, dedication and hard work for the post of Audit Manager. This is a leadership position. The job requires candidate to lead and monitor team of audit officers.

Job Responsibility

- Over all Supervision of Team; Plan, allocate & schedule field visit of team

- Manpower planning, team building & training.

- Review and ascertain the audit findings before escalations

- Risk review planning, follow-up execution, report releasing in TAT & ensuring quality output

- To ensure field audit of BC branches is completed as per mandate and checklist given to audit officers

- Immediate action plan/surprise visit / Mystery shopping of the team to ascertain objectivity and work ethics

- Surprise/special visit to branches pertains to the declining trend of audit score.

- Should have worked at leadership position in MFI

- Preferred with good knowledge of Microfinance systems in internal audit.

Education: Graduation

Work Experience:

- 5-8 years of NBFC/NBFC MFI experience at Area Manager/Unit Manager/Audit Manager position.

- Candidate with prior internal audit experience in MFI sector is desirable

Age: Minimum 25 years

Salary: Monthly Up to Rs. 50000 + fixed traveling/stay and other expenses

2. Maharashtra : Maharashtra

3. M.P : MP & Gujarat
