We are looking for Regional Bancassurance Manager at Ahmedabad, Surat and Delhi for Life, Health, General Insurance and Mutual Funds for our Bancassurance verticals. - The person must have direct sales experience in Life, Health and Motor Insurance Insurance. - Have managed Direct Sales Team of Insurance company are requested to apply. - Preferably worked on direct acquisition role at least 3 -4 years in sales careers - Must have experience in managing the indirect team to get results - Have experience in managing HNI customer in MF, PMS and Insurance - A candidate who has a dream to achieve the impossible thing in their life with aggression in work, Team Player, Hard Working and good command over communication and relationship building - Must have knowledge of advanced MS Excel, PPT and CRM - Minimum 8 years' experience in a Life, health, Motor Insurance, and Mutual Fund product manager role - Must have competitive market knowledge about product and process - Middle market consumer insights and experiencing the deploying product in a direct to consumer environment - Have a strong understanding with IRDA guidelines and compliance of Corporate Agency and Sales Practices - Demonstrated ability to work successfully with key internal stakeholders (such as operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and costing) - Demonstrated ability to work successfully with an Insurance partner and AMC partners - Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail and hard working - Willing to travel at least 20 days in a month in given tertiary and must be movable Salary offered: 15 - 17 LPA
