AU Small Finance Bank - Product Manager - HCM Segment (3-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of HR transformation methods and ability to facilitate discussions and workshops of select HR leading practices, e.g. employee experience, HR analytics, operational excellence, future workforce, social media, and collaboration
- Perform Strategic and Structured/Design Thinking applied in HR / Employee Experience context
- Design/select, implement, integrate, and ensure adoption of scalable solutions that delight users and with minimum operational overheads
- Ownership of existing products and identification of new product opportunities across business lifecycle
- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term growth targets
- Keep track on best industry practices and perform industry benchmarking
- Constructs API definition successfully & understanding of open banking APIs
- Drive industry partnerships and relationships with respective partners
- Explore new 3rd party products and services that bank can leverage for its journeys
- Act as key authority and point of contact for project development and control
- Partner with sales, strategy, marketing, engineering, and design teams to bring the product vision to life
- Collect, analyse and report on data and adjust development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout
