Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work with coordinating departments to create and implement a decisive project plan and strategy from product development to launching of the new product

- Represent the voice of the end consumer throughout the development process and facilitate new product rollout

- Ownership of existing products and identification of new product opportunities across the business lifecycle

- Carry out product and process developments and enhancements whenever required

- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term growth targets

- Keep track of best industry practices and perform industry benchmarking

- Constructs API definition successfully & understanding of open banking APIs

- Drive industry partnerships and relationships with respective partners

- Explore new 3rd party products and services that bank can leverage for its journeys

- Act as key authority and point of contact for project development and control

- Partner with sales, strategy, marketing, engineering, and design teams to bring the product vision to life

- Collect, analyze and report on data and adjust development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout

- Be a great storyteller, able to build a strong product narrative that clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success

- Chalk our metrics to track success and direct of the product
