- Drive & Manage Assets and Liability Channels (Sales Team, Service Team, RM & RO Team, VRM, Inhouse -Tele Sales sponsored by Insurer) for New Business Premium, Sales Team Activation & Renewal

- Product management - Understanding product features and roll-out product mix for managing General Insurance revenue

- Proactively Managing the claims experience and ration

- Partner management - manage and build relationship with multiple partners to drive business.

- Designing and driving Sales promotions and campaigns to enable and support overall issuance, activation, persistency targets.

- Continuously keep Building the New Channels along with various products to generate Revenue

- Liaise and work closely with various cross-functional teams within the bank to achieve overall business objectives

- Daily Monitoring the all business parameter (Annual Business Budgets for New Business and Renewals along with Activation, business numbers to ensure target achievement

- Work with internal & external partners to create sales enablers & tools for the field

- Keep team trained on various products through Training team of Insurance partners by various medium of class room, Morning hurdle, Video, Mailers, DYK Series,

- keep update on market competition on Product, Process, Innovation.

- Track the Insurteach and get future ready

- Identify Product suitability as per the customer segment and complementary products to be sold by each GI Partner

- Create Product Propositions that are suitable across Sales Channels and Segments of Customers

- Devise processes to enable ease of sale of GI products while increasing quality of sale and reducing grievances, increasing persistency and reducing leakage

- Engage with internal Audit, regulators to ensure regulatory compliance

- Keep Management updated on regulatory development and market dynamics

- Should achieve the planed budget for the products and insurance partner

- Should be achieve the FOS activation as per planed budget

- Have set up the end to end process flow for entire support team

- Execute and ideate the Marketing activity in the geography

- Events and Activity to maximize the sales for all verticals.

- Design and drive the competitive R&R to accelerate the business

- In-depth understanding of the BFSI industry & an out-of-the-box thought inclination to effectively tap opportunities outside of the BFSI segment

- Strong relationships and networks within the Insurance and Banking

- Ability to create robust win-win value propositions and strategic fit for all the stake holder

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business profit drivers. Understanding where product would sit within the complex operations of a client and how to embed it.

- People & leadership skills is essential as the candidate is expected to lead a team and be a part of several cross functional projects

- Should be good at stakeholder management and cross functional teamwork. We liaise with different stakeholders across the bank to execute campaigns such as compliance, marketing, IT, electronic banking channel and distribution channel

- Go getter and good at hustling to get work done. There will be several - first time- initiatives that the team is expected to do which would mean getting important stakeholders aligned to do things not done before

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal communication.

- Strong presentation skills. Inclined towards Solution selling- able to influence and persuade others to take action or gain buy-in

- Confident negotiator with good closing abilities

- Ability to navigate complex organizations and get the job done
