We are looking for Motor Insurance Sales and Service Manager for our Bancassurance Distribution based at Jaipur, - Person having experience in Motor Insurance sales and Operational process. - Have worked with Insurance company or Insurance Broking firms are requested to apply . - Candidate who have a dream to achieve impossible thing in their life with aggression in work, Team Player, Hard Working and good command over communication and analytics and control over advance MS Excel, MS Access, CRM . - Minimum 6 years' experience in a Motor Insurance Operation and Sales. - Deep knowledge of General Insurance specially Motor Insurance - Understand the Tele Sales Model for Renewal - Have strong understanding with IRDA guidelines and compliance of Corporate Agency and Sales Practices - Demonstrated ability to work successfully with key internal stakeholders (such as operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and costing) - Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail - Ability to deal positively with ambiguity in a fast moving start up business environment - Proven execution focus Salary offered: 10 - 15 Lacs PA
