JOB DESCRIPTION :   - Give inputs to various functions or business teams on their queries relating to regulatory interpretation.  - Give inputs on compliance framework for identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigating compliance risks.  - Identifying emerging areas of compliance risk and ways to mitigate them  - Give inputs on appropriate risk mitigants and necessary checks to address compliance risk before launching a new product/ process.  - Issue instructions to operational functionaries / formulate proposals for mitigation of compliance risk.  - Disseminate regulatory guidelines/ instructions promptly and monitor the implementation  - Provide inputs on the products/ processes which may require higher frequency of compliance testing  - Develop function-wise compliance manuals and get them approved from the CCO  - Conduct thematic compliance testing, report compliance breaches/ failures and provide inputs to Internal Audit team for further investigation  - Regular follow up with all the departments and monitoring of compliance progress pertaining to the RBI / Board calendar items and directions issued by Board / Board Committees from time to time .
