AU Small Finance Bank - Lead - Project Management - Retail Liabilities Applications (10-20 yrs)

- Candidate should have prior experience of at least 10 years of handling IT projects related to Retail Liabilities applications e.g. CBS (Flexcube Retail), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CASA/TD Customer On-boarding System etc.

- Candidate should have strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE Data base structures and knowledge of tables, good knowledge of FLEXCUBE Web Services and hands on experience in integration of services with Third Party applications.

- Candidate must have good functional knowledge of FLEXCUBE Retails Liabilities modules e.g. CASA, Term Deposits.

- Candidate must have detailed knowledge of regulatory guidelines for Customer KYC for Liabilities account opening and various steps and system integration needed to on-board customer accounts through a workflow-based application.

- Candidate must have detailed functional knowledge of CRM system (preferably CRMNext) and its features e.g. Customer 360 View, Service Requests, Tasks etc.

- Candidate should have sound technical knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (SQL and PL/SQL), Java and Web logic Application Server.

- Candidate will be working as Project Leader, collaborating with team members and internal/external stakeholders for timely and within-budget delivery of IT projects related to Retail Liabilities applications.

- Candidate must have hands-on experience in technology and integration background.

- Candidate will be performing following activities as part of the profile:

(A) Collaborate with all business vertical teams and team leads to understand technology needs and effectively address through innovative system solutions.

(B) Partner with different Lines of business units to understand and plan for technology needs and improvements.

(C) Responsible for managing technical deployments and change delivery through effective liaising with vendors/partners and peer IT teams.

(D) Responsible for handling internal/external IT Audit of Retails Liabilities systems and related IT processes.

- Candidate should be able to plan for deliverables, to execute such plan efficiently while working with multiple stakeholders and, to publish project status proactively to all relevant stakeholders.

- Candidate should be proficient in communication with internal/external stakeholders in English.
