AU Small Finance Bank - Lead - Product Micro Business Loan - Secured & Unsecured

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and P&L for Micro Business Loan (Secured & Unsecured).

- Develop policy frameworks, credit programs, and product constructs suited for informal income segments.

- Lead journey design, LOS/LMS enhancements, and digital integrations (KYC, bank-statement analyzers, bureau, e-sign, e-stamp).

- Work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Analytics, Legal & Tech teams to ensure robust processes and delivery.

- Drive portfolio quality, monitoring early-warning indicators, bounce trends, and risk triggers.

- Conduct market benchmarking, customer insights, and competitor analysis to shape product innovation.

- Enable GTM strategy, channel design, sales trainings, and process communication.

- Implement regulatory compliance and ensure product adherence to internal guidelines.

Required Experience:

- 10 to 15 years in Secured MSME / LAP / Micro-LAP / Small Business Loans.

- Strong expertise in product, credit policy, and process design.

- Experience with digital lending systems, APIs, and underwriting tools.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
