We are looking for a Insurance Customer Experience &amp; Claims Management , responsible for managing the customers experience in claim settlement in coordination with Insurance Company, Design and establish the end to end Process to provide remarkable experience, In turn, customers loyalty should remain loyal to the organization and also refer others to do Insurance business with our Bank . The Candidate must have experience in Insurance Operation, Underwriting, Claims Management, TPA Management, IRDA Regulatory Compliance, Motor Vehicle ACT . LLB or Surveyor Licence as additional qualification will provide edge over others . Important metrics for a Customer Experience Manager : - Customer Claims Experience Score - Collection DPD - Customer Retention Rate - Net Promoter Score (NPS) - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) - Customer Churn Rate - At least 5 years of experience in insurance claims - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position - In-depth understanding of legal regulations &nbsp; - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Customer service background - Ability to organize, document, and control both digital and physical data - Willingness to travel - Bachelor's/Masters degree in related field - Good Command over Advance Excel and other business analytical tools
