Associate Product Manager Job Description : Position Description : - We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch. - To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience. Key Responsibilities : 1. To communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders. 2. Maintaining a constant flow of data, feedback from customers and Attentive AI Business team to bring evidence-based decision making to the communication 3. Understanding ideal buyer persona and ruthlessly prioritizing the product roadmap 4. Defining product specifications across Propose, Prospect and Plan 5. Designing product roadmap and being transparent about the prioritization and roadmap process 6. Creating user stories driven product content and user experience 7. Defining and tracking product success metrics 8. Running design sprints 9. Working across multiple stakeholder teams to adhere to product delivery deadlines and own product execution 10. Working with the Business Team on value-based product pricing 11. Working with external third parties (imagery and location service providers) to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities Requirements : Education : Bachelor Degree - Equivalent with 2 - 4yrs of experience in managing products. - Someone who has worked in product-based companies or comes from similar background. - Experience with Saas, B2B or B2C is must. - Ability to say no to balance the needs of the customer and internal stakeholders - Ability to keep all stakeholders on the same page with respect to product and maintain clear and consistent communication around product across teams - Emotional intelligence and remarkable stakeholder management - Managing tight deadlines, revenue targets, market demands, prioritization conflicts, and resource constraints - A keen eye for aesthetics and details - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines - Ability to quickly pick-up tech knowledge so as to better plan and communicate with tech stakeholders - Analytical skills. - Open for startup
