Plans, negotiates, and supports the development and implementation of mechanized interfaces between ILEC and AT&T Internal systems, LEC to LEC interconnection, and access to ILEC unbundled network elements  Roles and Responsibilities:   Manages supplier relationships, develops and implements telecommunications services provisioning and maintenance improvement plans, reduces access expense and implements new services and on-boarding strategies. Responsibilities include access and local payables billing management, tariff analysis, tariff management, contracts negotiation, contracts management and implementation, access and local connectivity budget management, price/cost analysis, and the support of regulatory initiatives  Key Competencies and Skills:   Required Skills, etc: - 15+ years of telecom/IT work experience  - Excellent relationship/partnership building skills at executive levels  - Excellent negotiation skills  - Engineering & Commercial background  - Price/cost analytics  - Commercial/business operations/technical background  - Strong Communication and presentation skills  - Proven track record on attaining a financial target (quota)  - Spoken and written fluency in English  Education and Qualifications:   Graduate in Engineering  Commercial Background.  MBA is preffered  Additional Information:   Limited travel required outside of India.  The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
