We work in the areas of credit & risk, risk analytics, development of scorecards and segmentation models, B-B Customers and a variety of IT solutions in the areas of credit MIS, business intelligence and business process consulting and automation.

This client engagement model is unique in the industry and allows us to innovate and use technology in manner that is not replicable by conventional services organizations. Through use of analytics and technology we increase payments at the same time we also use automation to increase payments without any human intervention.

- The company is provider of services to the insurance companies in India and works with over 15 insurance companies and is rapidly gaining market share in this space. In addition we also work with some of the largest NBFCs in India. Our expansion goals include taking this approach to markets outside India as well as apply our technology to similar use cases in other industries.

Technology roadmap includes :

- Create a payment experience that allows One-click payment collections. We are looking at becoming a UPI based payment gateway to control the complete chain and achieve this objective.

- Increase automation in customer handling though use of artificial synthesis of voice and machine learning.

- Sharpening of our behaviour models through use of voice emotion detection technology

- Create capability to handle over 100 million transactions through our platform

Job brief :

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. The CTO will direct his team to attain the company's strategic goals to deliver the roadmap mentioned above. The position will report into the Managing Director of ATS Services. The current organization chart of the technology team is given below :

Job Responsibilities :

- Strategy & Stakeholder Management :

- Will be responsible for guiding, conceptualization, vision and roadmaps to the internal technology team and external clients on leveraging relevant technology to accomplish their vision and goals.

- Develop and maintain overall framework of IT policies, standards and strategies that will empower business and people to deliver on their commitments to the strategy and budgets

- The person will be responsible - for design of the technology architecture to planning and platform recommendations. The Head of Technology will also be part of the Leadership Team, responsible for influencing the growth of the organization.

- Keep abreast of latest developments in CRM, Loyalty, BPO/ Dialer Technology and Managing a technology team size of 15+ which comprises of Developers, Database & MIS, Data Analytics, and IT Support & Infra.

- Re-skilling of the current team and identification of skill gaps and on boarding of new team members to achieve company objectives.

- Extensive experience in Process excellence, process improvisation and quality standards.

- The position will also involve planning, organizing, and controlling day-to-day IT resource activities, and technology requirements

Application Development :

- Work on Applications which range from Micro-site development, CRM Development and Payment technology integration

- We also envisage to get into - RPA ( Robotic Process Automation), Chatbots and other automation tools relevant for our industry

- Our automation products/solutions are not only used internally but offered as a product to mid and small enterprises in financial services

IT Infrastructure & Information Security :

- Manage Information Security Framework compliant with ISO 27001

- Create Business Continuity Protocol

- Implement Client policy protocols for security and Audit

Database Administration & Business Intelligence :

- We are an Oracle Database company

- Our Cloud hosted platforms are on MySql

- We are looking to Build industry standard BI stack on top of our databases

Telecom & Dialer :

- Manage Service Providers and Dialer System based on Asterix and PhP

Requirements :

- 12 Years + experience Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar leadership role

- Technical Skill Sets: .Net, PhP, JAVA, Asterisk, ORACLE, MS SQL, PL/SQL, WIN, LINUX

- Experience in machine Learning / Artificial intelligence, Speech and Voice Analytics, Payment Gateways

- Ensure total quality management through uniform processes and procedures

- Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- Project management skills
