Roles and responsibility:- - Should know the product thoroughly and should familiarise themselves with all technicalities relating to construction (milestones as well), location, primary USPs of the project, highlights of the ease of the payment plans, etc. - A flow of the presentation to be established so that there is sophistication in the way the project is presented along with all points covered and all concerns of the client addressed. - There will only be one on one presentations with a prior appointment taken. In case of walk ins, they will be requested to give their details and take an appointment and come back on the appointed day and time. This will not only establish exclusivity but will also ensure that when presented the client will have the complete attention of the members involved. - Generating leads with regards to tapping into their already existing network will be expected from these representatives. - They would also tap into their respective networks and identify influencers who would also work in accordance with the Channel partners- incentive plan. - Geographical regions to be identified with regard to referrals provided by the CRM team, their own client network and referrals generated by potential clients- and an outreach proposal to be presented to the team. - A proposal to the team to be presented with regards to identifying a target group of HNIs taking into account luxury segments like Luxury cars, Luxury watches, Luxury apparel, Luxury bags, sportsmen(primarily cricketers and HNI Golfers), HNI doctors, CEOs and Founders, HNI lawyers, high net worth politicians, etc. Skills: - Candidate must have 10-12 years of experience in sales/partnerships. - Candidate must have good oral and written communication &amp; Inter-Personal skills. - Must have Acquisition/business development background and strong Collaboration Skills. - Ability to prioritize work based on a broad understanding of project needs and goals. - Strong Result Orientation (Setting Goals, Prioritization, Taking Accountability)
