Roles and responsibility: - Should have a list of existing clients equally divided amongst them. Each team member will serve as the single point of contact for their respective list of clients. - The team member is expected to familiarise themselves with the various departments in the project, so that, whatever query that the client may have, for example, legal, technical aspects of the project, completion milestones, payment milestones, etc. they are able to answer and solve for the client. - The CRM candidate shall ensure to reach out to their respective list of clients for their Birthdays, Anniversaries and important occasions/festivals like Diwali and New Year's and personally wish them with gifting them representing the company's gift according to company policy. The CRM candidate will also invite their respective client's to events as decided by the team and in the list of events for the Calendar year. - They will pass on these leads to the Direct Sales Team, and if any of these leads convert into a sale they will be incentivised accordingly. They will have targets to generate leads from referrals. - They will also personally deliver the agreements and get them signed and whatever queries may arise for the agreements in the future they will help resolve for the client by connecting with the concerned departments. Skills: - Must have outstanding 10 years customer service skills. - Familiar with the basic financial calculations and understands the concept of GST, TDS, GST Input Credit, applicability of GST. - Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. - Must have excellent management and leadership skills. - Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company. - Should have great flair, have excellent people's skills, should be able to hold a great conversation apart from Real Estate as well.
