Job purpose : - This is an individual Contributor role &amp; would be involved in helping create valuation, prefeasibility, feasibility, TEV financial models for real estate projects - Residential &amp; Commercial/Retail both - The successful candidate would be responsible for providing financial models with accurate set of assumptions backed up by PEST conditions - The successful candidate would be able to have a in depth knowledge of legal/liaison framework applicable for Real Estate across India Duties and responsibilities: - In Depth Real Estate Financial modelling (Valuation techniques/ LBO/ one pagers/ IMs) - Supporting Transaction with data driven insights &amp; prompt flagging of unfavorable events - Supporting drafting legal documents &amp; term sheets Qualifications : Qualifications include: Education: MBA in finance Specialized knowledge: Real Estate Financial Modelling, MS Word, MS PowerPoint expertise Skills: MS Excel advanced level for finance profession Abilities: Ability to breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved. Ability to negotiate on the scope of the problem through business understanding Other characteristics: - Penchant for business and persistence to work with data to derive insights - Experience in analyzing balance sheets, land transaction data, customer liabilities, vendor liabilities etc. - Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables - Ability to independently plan and execute deliveries - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements Professional Certification: Advance financial modelling would be an added advantage - Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the relevant role Working conditions : This role calls for an individual who can create, analyze and interpret financial models to support business decisions by telling the story with data.
