ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Indian Payroll processing &amp; payments - Reimbursement of employees' expenses processing - TDS Calculation from salary and Income tax documents filing and managing from employees - TDS deposit &amp; Returns - Salary MIS - Bank reconciliation - Individual returns filing &amp; book keeping. SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: - Graduate/ MBA in Finance least 3 to 5 years relevant experience from a real estate / Infrastructure/accounting or auditing industry. - Qualified payroll processing executive. - Knowledge of real estate laws and latest changes. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle critical situations. - Should be result oriented and have a proactive attitude. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Effective Team Management skills
