Job Description : - Strategy and Business Transformation group within ATS Infrastructure is looking for a Data Analyst for our high-performing, dynamic team. With a focus on optimizing the reporting systems &amp; data visualization, you'll be responsible for providing key business insights using market segmentation and demographic information from various external and internal data sources. You'll be directly engaged with our business planning and operational excellence teams to drive growth and expansion efforts as we rapidly scale our business. - You'll play a crucial role in analysis and recommendations to the management team to enable data-driven decision making for go-to-market strategy with hands-on development of KPI reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities : Ability to coordinate with stakeholders/ data sources to get the data in sanitized form - Develop reports and dashboards to continuously monitor Process &amp; Milestones - Ability to identify - As-is KPIs and execute To-be KPIs - Continuous tracking of KPIs for Corrective and Preventive Measures to improve - As-is- KPIs - Ability to raise flags based on the analysis of KPIs - Ability to raise flags on the necessity of - As-is KPIs - Coordinate with relevant teams to implement actions to be taken on KPIs - Deliver research and findings using data, visualizations, and effective storytelling techniques for senior management - Translate findings into succinct, actionable business insights, often in coordination with partners who help you tell a holistic story. - Apply a breadth of tools and analytical techniques to answer a wide range of mega-trends related to demographics and geography Desired Qualifications : Must Haves : - Bachelor's Degree (Computer Applications/ Engineering). MSc Preferred (Data Science inclination) - Having hands on Experience with complex SQL queries across multiple large-scale databases/data warehouses - Experience with a reporting solutions/data visualization tool such as Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, SharePoint - 2-4 years progressive work experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving improved decision-making and outcomes preferred Good to Have : - Business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills - Ability to recognize trends and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in a fast moving, dynamic environment - ETL skills, specifically extracting and modeling data for use in business reporting and data visualization applications - Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems - Passion for data and solving business problems - In-depth experience with Excel including pivot tables, lookups, graphing and charting functionality - Resourcefulness in obtaining data when clean and or complete information is not available - Excellent written and verbal cross-functional communication skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - Communication skills (both verbal and written) - Strong business acumen and professional confidence - Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy and auditing - Ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and work in a team environment
