ATS Infrastructure - Channel Partner Management Role (10-11 yrs)
Experience range: 10-11 years
Location of the job: Noida with travel required to be done to Gurgaon as well as Punjab
Indicative salary range: 15 18 lacs per annum (monthly gross)
Position profile:
The candidate needs to ensure the following :-
1. Increase the number of activate channel partners for the company across geographies.
2. Increase the number of site visits being done by the channel partners.
3. Increase conversion rate of channel partners.
4. Carry out frequent training sessions for the channel partners for all projects.
5. Ensure timely release of channel partner brokerages.
6. Team management efficiency to ensure increased productivity.
7. Launch new schemes for channel partners.
Candidate will head a team of 6-7 team members across Noida, Gurgaon & Punjab, and will report to the sales head.
