Job Purpose : This is an Individual Contributor role &amp; would be involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, breaking them down into smaller parts and implementing creative, data-driven solutions The successful candidate would be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders Responsibilities : - The incumbent will model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining - The incumbent will be closely working with the Management &amp; other departments to enable data driven decision making - The incumbent will execute quantitative &amp; qualitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights - The incumbent will drive data driven decision making through the stakeholders - The incumbent will influence new opportunities for business based on internal/ external data - The incumbent will drive the team to adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Commerce or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute Specialized knowledge : Business Intelligence, Analytics, Risk Assessment &amp; Mitigation. Familiarity with Analysis &amp; Intelligence tools such as Power Bi, MS Office, Tableau etc. with expertise in SQL, Excel, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.) Skills : Strong Data and Analytics capabilities - Well versed in end-to-end data and analytics: mining and extracting, cleansing and formatting, structuring and analyzing, and garnering information and insights. Abilities : Ability to breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved. Ability to negotiate on the scope of the problem through business understanding Other characteristics : - Penchant for business and persistence to work with data to derive insights - Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets - Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables - Ability to independently plan and execute deliveries - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements Professional Certification : Analytics &amp; BI Certifications, would be an added advantage Experience : 3-4 years of experience in the relevant role Working conditions : This role calls for an individual who can analyze and interpret amounts of complex data sets to support business decisions by telling the story with data.
