ATS Infrastructure - AGM/DGM - Retail Leasing

- Analyze market, competition in vicinity and formulate Leasing Strategy, retail mix for strata-sold retail spaces.

- Seek synergy across all current retail developments

- Setting targets for self and Department

- Balance relationship between organization, investors, and retail occupiers to derive the best out of every Leasing opportunity for all parties.

- Liaise with architects & legal, both internal and Lessee- s/Client for smooth closure of Leasing Deals, Fit outs etc.

- Complete documentation related to Leasing activities.

- Improve and implement processes for smooth functioning of department. Responsible for suggesting improvements

- Provide regular MIS & updates.

- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities

- Reporting to the Head of Commercial Real Estate currently and shall aim to take larger role in future.

- Sole Contributor

- Relevant experience in Strata & Large Commercial/Retail Space Leasing

- Complete ownership of Retail Leasing

- Should have good understanding of end-user/occupiers- requirements in Retail Sector.

- Should possess and expand network of IPCs & Local Agents as well as have good connect with brands active in retail sector in Noida/Gr. Noida/Ghaziabad

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Legal acumen to negotiate Lease, Leave & License
