- The Business Excellence Team cuts across processes within the KPO. This position is the key interface for letting up a platform for robust reporting and metric visibility. The profile entails working with both high accuracy and timeliness adherence with high leadership visibility.

JOB SPECIFICATION :

- Required Educational Attainments (Degrees, Certificates etc)

1. Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

2. LEAN Certified

3. Project Management

4. Certification on RPA or any platform like Blueprism/UIPath/Automation Anywhere etc. will be added advantage

5. MBA in Finance / Sales & Mktg. / any other stream

6. Hands-on experience with analytics tool like R, Python, tableau etc. will be added advantage

2. Demonstrates strong consultant skills

3. Strong data Analytics and Interpretation skills

4. A demonstrated ability to execute strategic / process improvement projects with little supervision

5. Good understanding on RPA/AI/ML & ability to identify such opportunities

7. Penchant for problem solving

8. Good MS Office skills

1. Overall 7+ years of work experience in Finance / Healthcare / Insurance / KPO Industry

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a process consultant / project management role

3. Mentored LEAN/ GB /YB projects & experience in driving RPA projects

4. Should have worked with cross functional teams for deployment of projects
