Driving the end-to-end intelligent operations agenda for a portfolio of State Street Syntel clients, working directly with global process owners, Client business heads and State Street Syntel partners to solve Clients- business problems 2. Building transformation roadmaps, devising target operating models and formulating viable business cases across RPA, Re-engineering, Analytics and AI solutions 3. Utilize keen analysis, insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices 4. End to end responsibility of transformations from discovery to delivery of projects 5. Lead Programs to enhance efficiency and strong focus to actual impact on bottom line. 6. Own the business excellence agenda, delivering on contractual SLAs, productivities, cost efficiencies and margins and spread the culture of innovation in Operations through roadshows, workshops, hackathons and trainings 7. Coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives. 8. Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels across functions. 9. Metrics based strategies and decision making. Change management, negotiation and required tactical solutions. 10. Experience working in very large businesses Must have skills: 1. Advanced MS Excel skills (including pivots, macros, charts, formulae, etc.,) 2. Working knowledge of MS Access, Visio, MS Projects 3. Excellent ability to analyse and interpret complex data 4. Excellent presentation skills (hands on MS PowerPoint experience) 5. Good stakeholder management skills Good to have skills: 1. Working knowledge of the project lifecycle. 2.
