Managing all Sales activities and establishing/maintaining relationships at all levels. - Responsible for hunting new accounts and building pipeline, book revenues from India markets. - Formulate & implement short & long-term Sales & Marketing strategies/plans for achieving the sales targets of digital marketing and other service lines with ATop. - Prepare pre-appointment information document including - Prospects Brand & Company knowledge, Industry and Market Research / Trends, Industry pain points and latest developments. - Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and finally closure of deal. - Must be able to identify the needs of the Prospect and be able to pitch the services accordingly. - Follow up with prospects on regular basis to build the sales pipeline. - Perform analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Top management. - Keep an updated record of the progress / status of each lead in an organized manner on the CRM software. - Must be able to network and develop market intelligence to get new leads for achieving Sales targets. - Client Acquisition and Revenue Target Realisation - Pipeline Build up and Realisation - Willing to travel and visit the prospects Deliverables for success: The successful candidate must demonstrate the following successes: - Must have a proven and consistent track record of achieving Sales targets. - Pipeline Management - must develop a strong sales pipeline that is managed regularly and effectively. Ability to build a pipeline with reasonable timelines and is able to continually manage it and follow through with individual prospects, and delivering successful sales. - Deal Management - Closes deals as per pipeline and forecast sales as per agreed time commitments. REQUIREMENTS: - IT skills must include above-average ability to work on Zoho CRM, Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word and through knowledge of MS PowerPoint. - Knowledge of Digital Marketing Industry will be advantageous. - Fluent in spoken English and local language and adept at written skills in English. - Ideally, exposure to working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure to managing multiple Clients. - In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, confident, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Acts with honor and character - A person of high integrity who is direct and truthful but at the same time can keep confidences. Academics: Holding a Bachelors Degree MBA Preferred
