Who we are?

Atomberg Technologies is a Consumer Appliances company that was started by IIT & IIM graduates. We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be present in multiple categories in the next couple of years. Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% electricity. We are the winners of awards like the National Entrepreneurship Award, Best Climate solver award, Most innovative company in "EE" category awarded by UN, Forbes30under30. Till date,we have raised closed to 350 crores in funding from Investors like A91 Partners, Jungle Ventures.

Since our inception, we have been successfully growing at more than 100% "YOY" and are currently doing a monthly revenue close to 60 cr/month. The target is to reach 1200 crores by FY 23-24. Current product line includes fans and mixer grinders, and future product lines will include several other categories across home and kitchen appliances.

Today we are a team of more than 400+ professionals challenging the status quo every day with a straightforward question "Why not?".

About the role:

Position : Manager IT

Location - Pune (Hinjewadi)

Experience - 7-8 years in building a strong IT Infrastructure and drive strong security standards.

Role responsibilities:

- Plan the overall IT Infrastructure Management across all locations

- Lead the network & data security across the organization and implement function-specific policies

- Manage & control overall IT spending across the organization.

- Manage IT assets across the organization and optimize the performance & cost without impacting the productivity

- Implement a data privacy policy across all the applications and ensure legal checks and controls are in place

- Optimize the usage of all the cloud resources

- Create and implement policies around the email exchange (G-Suite/Microsoft) and different software usage (including MS Office)

- Regularly audit the IT infrastructure and keep it aligned with all the legally required and decide on the implementation of the latest technology

- Reviewing for all new projects; new technical designs; for Information risks and advise on suitable controls and mitigations at early stages of the program.

- Implement the security policies and evaluate the efficacy of the controls on a periodic basis.

- Assess and classify all potential business and infrastructure information risks. Execute risk analysis on IT application/services.

- Develop our overall risk profile and action plans to mitigate risks.

- Perform end to end security assessment (e.g., vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, configuration review etc.) on Atomberg assets and vendor offerings (including the integration with Atomberg's environment).

- Monitoring security access.

- Define and continuously update the company's incident response and disaster recovery plans

- Analyzing security breaches to identify the root cause.

- Verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements.

- Support during Internal Audit etc.
