Role responsibilities : MBA with 5+ years of experience in Plant HR, the role will be based in Pune 1. Create and execute the Talent Management strategy for all the departments in Operations 2. Lead all the People Processes (OKR, Potential Assessment, Promotion Process, Talent Review) for Operations Function 3. Anchor the Management Trainee and Graduate Trainee Program and build a strong leadership pipeline from these talent sources for Operations Function 4. Build and deploy a robust Onboarding program and track the effectiveness of the program for Operations Function 5. Manage the Contract labor and IR issues at the plant and track the labor cost 6. Manage legal compliances and liaison with local authorities 7. Lead the Learning and development plan of the Operations Function 8. Designs and aligns the Competency Framework of the Operations Function 9. Anchor the CSR and image building program for operations 10. Anchor the engagement activities for operations Role essentials : 1. First-principles thinking: Actively questioning every assumption then creating new knowledge and solutions from scratch 2. Ambiguity: Ability to work in an unstructured setup 3. Attitude: Right attitude to roll up the sleeves and be hands-on 4.
