Role Responsibilities :

- Monitoring SFA & DMS usage for all key parameters- visits, coverage, beat plan adherence market facing time and ensuring any gaps are streamlined by having regular Reviews with teams across Zones.

- Develop key metrics for sales pilots, measure progress and provide insights and recommendations on go to market plans.

- Develop ROI based analysis & provide insights on key areas for improvement.

- Perform data analysis for generating reports on regular basis.

- Provide insights and guidance with the development of a long-term strategy/roadmap for sales systems and tools.

- Improve quality of action planning by field managers.

- Ensuring rigorous implementation of defined actions across levels

- Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills across hierarchies both internally and externally

 -Coordinate with Vendor (s) for driving SFA/DMS and implementing key changes

Role Essentials :

Attitude - Right attitude to roll up the sleeves and be hands-on.
