Create and execute the talent strategy in alignment with 24 months' business growth Aspirations for the Manufacturing vertical. 2. Drive the Quarterly OKR Performance Management process for all the members of Manufacturing with rigor around weekly check-in 3. Anchor the Talent Management Process with real-time focus on the quality of relevant talent in tandem with business growth 4. Review and align the Manufacturing Organization structure to business growth 5. Implement the culturalization of Atomberg 's Values in Manufacturing 6. Drive employee engagement and retention with a specific focus on recognition and internal communication 7. Lead the campus program for the Manufacturing talent and ensure timely achievement of learning objectives of the campus trainees 8. Build the people process handling capabilities in Line Management 9. Facilitate employee hiring in partnership with Line Manager & TA 10. Implement behavioral and functional trainings and programs to ensure that capability development needs are adequately met. 11. A genuine hands-on approach and the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
