Role Details: - Drive impactful campus relations through strong campus hiring along with investing in continuous grooming of the management trainees to have a successful campus program - Focus on employer branding building to create a long-lasting footprint and trust for Atomberg - Good exposure of 2 years in this area is a prerequisite. Responsibilities: - Run a detailed campus calendar for campuses pan India, targeting the best institutes, planning end to end hiring activities ensuring good talent conversion with prime slots across all institutes - Focus is on acquiring talent through campus programs across functions, investing in very well-planned grooming and rotations for management trainees for their early years with Atomberg and ensuring high retention - Highly critical to invest in building diversity through hiring strategy for campus across all functions - Work towards building a strong leadership pipeline through campus programs, ensure trainees get right role rotation and maximum learning exposure to grow faster - Drive continuous review of management trainees along with a structured connect program with leadership to provide them exposure - Actively track the planning and progress for campus program through interactive dashboards with a high data driven approach to be actively shared with stakeholders across the company - Drive summer and winters internship campus program for functions with campus engagement, ensure reviews and high rate of conversion for future talent pipeline - Regularly evaluate sources of hire (campuses visited, corporate programs, diversity organizations, referrals, etc.) and correlate back to cost per hire and performance. Rework strategy accordingly - Manage and maintain campus recruiting budget to ensure that costs are in-line and appropriately managed - Have an active understanding of changing business dynamics to understand & plan requirements and build talent capability along with business stakeholders and HR business partners - Invest in continuous brand building for Atomberg to get best talent onboard-both through campus and lateral. Focusing on both online and offline initiatives, including social media handling, campus connects, tech/sales expos & conferences etc. - Invest in building an external network through continuous interaction with students, placement heads, external stakeholders for both branding and campus activities - Strong sense of ownership to drive the program and branding activities and high innovation and sustainability in designing branding and engagement initiatives - Manage content of branding & marketing materials (on-campus presentation, brochure, job descriptions, campus FAQs etc)
