Atomberg - HR Business Partner Head - Sales & Operations (5-9 yrs)
Position: HR Business Partner Head - Sales & Operations
MBA with 5+ years of experience in Sales HR or Factory HR, the role will be based in Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Create and execute the Talent Management strategy for Sales & Operations
2. Lead all the People Processes (OKR, Potential Assessment, Promotion Process, Talent Review)
3. Anchor the Management Trainee, Sales Trainee & GET Trainee programs and build a strong leadership pipeline from these talent sources
4. Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
5. Review the policies, processes, rewards & recognition, and sales incentive schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
6. Lead the Learning and development agenda of the Sales and Operations
7. Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement.
