Role responsibilities : MBA with 8+ years of experience in the Supply Chain FMCG or FMCD 1) Responsible for handling End to End Supply Chain Management from procurement of RM to Sales order distribution. 2) Identify and analyze sales trends and influencing variables and incorporate analysis in forecasting &amp; inventory planning. 3) Manage new product rollout through forecasting and interfacing with Sales and Marketing teams 4) Partner with various teams, sourcing and operations to identify and reconcile gaps and supply shortages, providing an early warning system for issues identification. 5) Ensure delivery adherence &amp; timely procurement from component vendors &amp; coordinating with sourcing on strategy around nonperforming vendors. 6) Implement effective RM inventory management to ensure a good inventory turnover ratio. 7) On the distribution front ensure high service levels with the lowest possible cost across all the channels 8) Optimize logistics cost by proper partner selection &amp; negotiations. 9) Device warehousing &amp; FG stock strategy and continuously monitor to optimize warehousing partner's performance &amp; cost. 10) Implement a distribution strategy to enable D2C models. Role essentials : 1) First-principles thinking&nbsp;: Actively questioning every assumption then creating new knowledge and solutions from scratch 2) Ambiguity&nbsp;: Ability to work in an unstructured setup 3) Attitude&nbsp;: Right attitude to roll up the sleeves and be hands-on 4) Complexity&nbsp;: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
