Atomberg - Head - Sales Excellence/Sales Transformation (7-9 yrs)
1.Technology intervention at every sales touch point, Sales Team (Direct and Indirect), Channel Partners, Dealers & Retailers and Consumers.
2.Evaluating & Piloting Alternate Distribution Models to increase reach with minimum costs.
3.Defining and developing new metrices for tracking frontline sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness of every call/visit in an outlet
4.Continuous improvement on Sales team app for enabling task-based approach in every sales call.
5.Develop and implement new and existing outlet segmentation methodology, define appropriate targeting strategy (incl. defining right "service" levels) based on engagement, lifecycle, profile and potential
6.Review and (re-)design call plan / routing and sales territories to maximize effectiveness
Establish sales performance management tools and procedures (e.g., sales performance dashboards; coordinating in-house and external technology service providers to automate performance tracking). Real time tracking.
7.Managing Sales Forecasting and Planning - Develops complex forecasting models.
Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business.
8.Research and analyses industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest.
