1. Completely own the P&L of Atomberg E-commerce channel( 200 cr + topline) that will include all the marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart & others and also D2C e-commerce
2. Build and lead the Growth Marketing team for all the channels - Facebook, Google, Amazon, Flipkart & others.
3. Create the overall Media Strategy for Atomberg and drive the execution of the plan while working with external partners. This will include all types of media, and individual is expected to have control on the monthly spends.
4. Provide leadership and direction setting to the pre-sales team to drive customer conversion and upsell. This will be a critical vertical to increase cross-selling as we are getting into multiple new categories.
5. Completely own the entire UI/UX and D2C operations of the website.
6. Build/revamp the entire relevant MarTech Stack including CRM, Marketing Automation, and CDP.
