# Responsibilities :

- Oversee business initiatives from ideation to implementation across the organization

- Plan, coordinate and develop content and messages for leadership meetings, workshops, board meetings, etc

- Plan and manage the priorities around the CEO's daily schedule

- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

- Build and develop relationships with leaders across the entire organization for increased efficiency and responsiveness

- Partner with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals

- Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization

- Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes

- Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives

- You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to help the organization achieve its goals.

# Qualifications :

- Proven experience in managing complex projects, initiatives, and events on behalf of senior executives.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare reports that inform decision-making by senior leaders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Experience in managing the administrative and operational functions of an executive's office, including budgeting, planning, and performance management.

- A track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and plans that have had a positive impact on an organization's performance.

- A deep understanding of the organization's goals, objectives, and operations, as well as the ability to translate that understanding into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

- A proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
