Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other sales techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales and business strategies
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and opportunities
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Experience in the relevant industry or market is a plus
